I have been making and decorating celebration cakes for the past 35 years; starting with christening and birthday cakes for my own and my friend’s children and growing to a successful restaurant business that my twin sister and I ran for 16 years.
In 2007 I formed Aaah…Carol to concentrate again on supplying delicious and attractive cakes for special customers, old and new!
Your cakes are made entirely by me in my own kitchen from the best, locally sourced ingredients, to recipes which have been in my family for three generations.
The design and decoration is your design and decoration; I create unique cakes from your ideas, for your family and your friends, for your occasion.

Do call me to talk about what you need; almost anything is possible including photographs of loved ones in icing, real flowers, and personal themes. I need a little more notice for elaborate decoration and rich fruit cakes but next day delivery is possible.
