The Sponge Cakes

My sponge cakes are very traditional and made with best butter or
margarine, sugar, free range eggs, baking powder and good quality flour,
filled with best quality jam and butter icing or coating of your choice. The
chocolate cakes have slightly gooey texture and can be covered with
chocolate butter icing or chocolate fudge.

The Fruit Cakes

The Fruit cakes are with the very best produce: currents, sultanas, plump
raisins, dried apricots, crystallised pineapple, orange and lemon peel,
flaked almonds, prunes or dates and generously fed with brandy over many
weeks before being covered with natural marzipan and iced.

Any flavoured cake of your choice can be ordered.
