"We wanted something different for a wedding cake and since we both love Profiteroles so much, we thought a Croquembouche, a profiterole mountain, would be perfect! We had each guest come up in turn, thanked them for coming and fed them a profiterole as is the tradition.
The service from Carol was great and the price was, well, remarkably cheap! Highly recommended"
